Major reprogramming of hhblitsdb.pl -- which is now called hhsuitedb.pl -- due to the new name convention for hhsuite file names. Also removed bug with -r option. Also adapted the user guide to new file names. NOt sure I did all relevant changes, we need to read through once.

Added precompiler instructions to include SSE2 and SSE3 header files in hhfilter, hhmake, hhconsensus since this could lead to compiler errors on some systems (due to SSE2 function in util.C); Added output of dot status for hhblits prefiltering; Corrected the output dot output for v=1, v=2, v=3 in hhblits and hhesearch. (v=1 should only produce Warnings and Errors.)
