Completely rewrote flattenBrick() to use mc.calc on a pixel basis rather than iterative masking in a for loop. Works much faster now, and has multicore support.

Validation of tiff feature successful on 2 datasets. One hdf ordered on earth explorer only containing the sr bands and a geotiff (usgs test datasets), containing the already pre-processed Indices. IMO the filenames structure will change a little and I may have to adapt some regex when tiff become available via earthexplorer order
